Shippings to Austria and Germany are free for orders above € 15,00. Shipping within the EU is free for orders above € 25,00. Please see below table for detailed information.
If your country is not available our outside the EU, please contact us at hi@elephant-card.com and we will arrange something for you.

Right of return:
Not satisfied with the product? Simply send an email to hi@elephant-card.com within 30 days and we will find a satisfactory solution. In the case of a return shipment, the sales price will be refunded to you upon receipt of the goods. Read more in our Terms and Contitions.
Our fulfillment service is byrd. The respective shipping partner is chosen individually by them, usually it is DPD or DHL.
